Cathy Davey - The Nameless

Irland hat weitaus mehr zu bieten als nur den Irish Folk. Das beweist die gerade mal 31 Jahre alte Cathy Davey mit ihrem dritten Album "The Nameless" Sie wird nicht umsonst die irische Björk genannt und auch PJ Harvey dürfte schon bereits von ihrer musikalischen Kollegin gehört haben. Sauberer Indierock aus dem Land der Schafe und dem Guinness. Hot Press und die Irish Times überschlugen sich förmlich mit Lobeshymnen. Zurecht. Eine tolle Entdeckung.
